About this opportunity:

Ericsson is inviting applications for the position of Operations Support Specialist . We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Specialist who provides administrative, logistical, and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of field operations, service delivery, and performance tracking. This role acts as a bridge between field teams, and management.

What you will do:

• Creating weekly and monthly Dashboard reports.
• Root cause analysis for major problems and initiate enhancement streams.
• Collecting ASP figures across the regions.
• Lead any extra enhancement projects across the regions.
• Collect PM progress from All ASP’s daily for more control.

The skills you bring:

• +10 years of experience in operations coordination or support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with telecom workflows, ticketing systems, and KPI tracking.
• Effective communication and follow-up abilities.
