Role Overview

We’re looking for a top-notch Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our rapidly scaling operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in warehouse layout optimization, real-time logistics, team leadership, and high-volume order fulfillment. This is a senior operational role with direct impact on customer experience, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations:

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume warehouse handling thousands of SKUs and hundreds of daily deliveries.

Lead receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns with precision and speed.

Optimize slot-based picking, batching, and last-mile dispatch in coordination with courier and logistics teams.

Process Excellence & Efficiency:

Implement lean warehouse processes and layout optimization to minimize handling time and errors.

Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, pick speed, late delivery rate, courier dispatch efficiency, and stock variance.

Maintain and enforce strict inventory control and cycle counting routines.

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and motivate a large team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and dispatchers.

Build a culture of accountability, performance, and safety.

Develop shift structures and manpower planning to support peak volumes.

Technology & Reporting:

Use WMS/ERP systems and dashboards to monitor performance in real time.

Coordinate with tech teams to continuously improve warehouse automation and scanning processes.

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure full compliance with local regulations for storage and distribution of alcohol.

Maintain strict standards for product storage, temperature control, and security.

Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of warehouse and logistics management, ideally in FMCG / e-commerce / alcohol or beverage distribution.

Proven track record of managing large SKU volumes and fast turnaround operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Hands-on expertise with warehouse management systems and operational reporting.

Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
