We are seeking an experienced Oracle ECM / Oracle WebCenter Content professional with strong expertise in Oracle ADF development and WebLogic Server configuration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise content management solutions that integrate seamlessly with business workflows and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management solutions using

*Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC)* and *Oracle ECM* Suite. * Develop custom applications and components using *Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) *

*Configure and administer *Oracle WebLogic Server*, including domains, managed servers, clustering, deployments, and tuning.

* Integrate Oracle WebCenter Content with other Oracle and third-party systems using APIs and Web Services.

* Implement metadata models, security models, and workflows within WebCenter Content.

* Troubleshoot issues related to content ingestion, rendering, and workflow execution.
-
* Migrate content and configurations between development, test, and production environments.

*Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other technical teams to gather requirements and propose efficient content management solutions. * Provide production support and maintain system uptime and performance.

* Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for documentation, change management, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+years of hands-on experience with *Oracle WebCenter Content (UCM)* and *ECM components* (e.g., IPM, I/PM, Imaging).

Strong development experience using *Oracle ADF* (task flows, page templates, data bindings).

Experience with *Oracle WebLogic Server installation, configuration, clustering, and tuning.

Proficiency in *Java*, *JSP*, *HTML/CSS*, *JavaScript*, and **XML

Experience with *content integration APIs*, *RIDC*, and *SOAP/REST web services*.

Understanding of security models in WebCenter Content and WebLogic (users, roles, policies).

Familiarity with database technologies, especially *Oracle DB* and PL/SQL.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, source control (Git/SVN), and CI/CD tools is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and BPM Suite

Exposure to cloud-based Oracle Content solutions (Oracle Content & Experience Cloud) Knowledge of integration with systems like Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or SAP.
