Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits functionalities, including fast formulas, elements, balance definitions, and benefit plans.
- Support payroll processing cycles, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components).
- Design and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, Payroll Costing, Element Entries, and Benefit Calculations.
- Coordinate with developers for technical customizations, extensions, and BI Publisher reports.
- Manage interfaces with third-party benefit providers, banks, and other HR systems.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory payroll/benefit requirements.
- Document configurations, functional setups, and provide end-user training.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical + Functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll processes: pre-payments, costing, retro pay, BEE, year-end processing.
