Oracle ERP Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in integration, identity management, and data analytics. The role focuses on integrating Oracle HCM with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and external platforms, while delivering scalable integrations and enterprise-grade reporting solutions to support business operations and compliance.

Requirements:

• Serve as a key technical resource for integrating Oracle HCM with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) to support user lifecycle management and compliance.
• Design, build, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports to support operational and compliance reporting needs.
• Utilize Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) for analytics, reporting, and data synchronization across systems.
• Integrate Oracle systems with external platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange.
• Support business operations by delivering robust, well-documented technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), including integration with Oracle HCM and external systems.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and managing integrations.
• Advanced experience with BI Publisher, including complex report development.
• Working knowledge of Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) for analytics and reporting.
