Epicor HCM / iScala Senior Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Epicor consultant with proven hands-on experience across Epicor HCM and Epicor iScala. The role requires strong functional ownership, end-to-end implementation exposure, and the ability to operate as a single point of responsibility across HR, payroll, and finance ERP processes.

This is not a junior or split role—the consultant must be capable of independently driving requirements, configuration, support, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Epicor HCM

• Lead configuration and support of Epicor HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service
• Translate HR and payroll business requirements into system configurations
• Handle payroll setup, statutory compliance, and localization
• Support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-production support

Epicor iScala

• Configure and support Epicor iScala Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory as applicable)
• Manage chart of accounts, financial dimensions, multi-currency, and reporting structures
• Support financial closing cycles and statutory reporting
• Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues in live environments

Cross-Functional & Technical

• Act as the primary SME bridging HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Manage integrations between HCM, iScala, and third-party systems
• Work with SQL queries for validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Ensure data integrity, security roles, and audit readiness

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Hands-on experience with Epicor HCM AND Epicor iScala
• End-to-end ERP implementation and support experience
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and finance processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Profile

• One primary strength (HCM or iScala) with solid working exposure to the other
• Experience in multi-country or regional ERP environments
• Epicor certification is a strong plus
• Experience in enterprise or multi-entity organizations
