We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in
financial modules
to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP solutions. The role requires close interaction with business users, understanding financial processes, and delivering effective system solutions aligned with business needs.
Arabic language skills
are essential for stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and accounting processes

Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)

Provide functional support during implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live phases

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams

Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth deployment

Support end users by providing training and resolving functional issues
-
Ensure system configurations align with accounting standards and company policies

Work closely with technical consultants to support integrations, reports, and customizations

Prepare documentation including process flows, user guides, and functional design documents

Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with focus on financial modules

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
-
Experience in Oracle ERP implementations or support projects

Good understanding of finance and accounting principles

Fluency in Arabic and English is required

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
