Oracle Functional Executive

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.).
• Lead setups for new acquisitions and mergers of business units.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Act as a System Analyst in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle Financials projects.
• Propose customizations and enhancements to optimize Oracle application performance.
• Resolve operational and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction through prompt communication.
• Identify functional gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Support development teams in solution design and integration.
• Develop test scenarios, execute QA processes, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create user documentation and deliver hands-on end-user training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP system configurations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and support end-users effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
