Oracle Fusion HR (HCM) Consultant (Arabic native)

Core HR

Absence Management

Payroll (Advantage)

Talent, Learning & Benefits (Preferred)

Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, testing cycles & end-user training

Conduct functional workshops with Arabic-speaking stakeholders

Prepare FDs, configuration documents, test scripts & training materials

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration & reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements

Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates

Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (HCM mandatory)

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR, Finance & Procurement processes

Excellent configuration, testing, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations

Oracle Certifications are a plus.
