Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant (CLM Specialist)

We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant (CLM Specialist) for a telecom company in Bahrain ( Remote + Onsite)

Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Portal with strong cross-module integration and functional configuration knowledge.- Must

Experience integrating Oracle Procurement Contracts with eSignature platforms such as DocuSign .--- Must

Proficiency in FBDI templates and REST APIs for migrating legacy contracts, suppliers, purchasing documents, blanket agreements, and clause libraries; combined with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs,--- Must

Job Description -

  • Oracle Procurement & CLM Implementation: Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules including business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP sessions, UAT, and go-live support across multiple industry domains.
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud Modules Expertise: Proficiency across Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Portal with strong cross-module integration and functional configuration knowledge.
  • Contract Sourcing & Initiation – All Scenarios: Ability to configure all contract initiation scenarios including Tender/Competitive contracts via RFQ/RFP/Auction with automatic award-to-contract flows; Direct and Single-Source contracts with mandatory justification and deviation approvals; and Emergency fast-track contracts with senior-level BPM rules, time-boxing controls, and mandatory regularization clauses.
  • Contract Authoring, Terms & Lifecycle Changes: Expertise in building contract terms library, standard and non-standard clause libraries, clause deviation approvals, and contract template authoring; combined with configuring renewal rules (auto and manual), renewal notification lead days, amendment workflows with separate approval routing, and full version history maintained across the contract lifecycle.
  • Contract Repository, Document Management & MS Word Integration: Experience configuring Oracle's centralized contract repository with advanced search, document attachments, related contracts linking, and role-based access controls; including MS Word integration for offline contract authoring, collaborative redlining by legal and procurement teams, tracked changes management, and re-import of finalized documents back into Oracle CLM.
  • eSignature Integration for Contract Execution: Experience integrating Oracle Procurement Contracts with eSignature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign for digital contract execution, multi-party signatory routing, execution status tracking, and automatic storage of fully signed contracts back in the Oracle contract repository.
  • Contract Performance, Obligations & Supplier Scorecards: Ability to define and track contract obligations, deliverables, SLA commitments, payment milestones, and penalty clauses with automated alerts for upcoming obligations; combined with linking supplier KPIs and performance scorecards to active contracts to monitor service levels, delivery, and quality metrics to inform renewal, renegotiation, or termination decisions.
  • Contract Compliance, Risk & Audit Readiness: Proficiency in configuring contract compliance controls, risk flags, non-standard clause tracking, and full audit trail reporting within Oracle CLM to support internal audit reviews, external regulatory compliance mandates, and corporate governance and procurement policy requirements.
  • Agreement Types, Controls & Approval Workflows: Expertise in setting up Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), Contract Purchase Agreements (CPA), spend and quantity limit controls, release order rules, and spot buy controls for unplanned procurement; alongside multi-level BPM approval workflows for contracts, amendments, requisitions, and POs with rule-based routing, parallel approvals, escalation policies, and delegation rules.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Contract Expiry Tracking: Ability to design and deliver OTBI reports, BIP reports, and Procurement Analytics dashboards covering contract compliance, spend analysis, supplier performance, obligation status, contract expiry and renewal tracking, savings reporting, and executive-level CLM dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Data Migration, Integration & API Knowledge: Proficiency in FBDI templates and REST APIs for migrating legacy contracts, suppliers, purchasing documents, blanket agreements, and clause libraries; combined with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and business events for integrations with ERP financials, legal contract repositories, SRM platforms, and supplier portals.
  • Support, Enhancements, Redwood Migration & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing L1/L2/L3 support tickets, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence; delivering functional and technical enhancements; migrating Oracle Fusion Procurement pages from Classic UI to Oracle Redwood Experience; and strong communication skills to liaise with procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders, conduct CRP/UAT, and prepare FSDs, SDDs, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
