Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Absence Management Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring:
• Absence Types
• Absence Plans & Accruals
• Leave of Absence Policies
• Eligibility Profiles
• Work Schedules & Calendar Rules
• Experience with Fast Formulas (Absence, Payroll, or Time).
• Strong understanding of Absence validation formulas, accrual rules, and absence calculation logic.
• Experience integrating Absence with Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR.
• Excellent documentation, testing, and functional analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Absence Management in the healthcare industry or unionized environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL).
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Absence or Core HR.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, FMLA, ADA, PTO rules, or industry-specific leave policies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
