Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Workforce Compensation & Benefits

• 4–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with specialization in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Expertise in Fast Formulas for automating complex compensation calculations and processes.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits, including life event triggers and collapsing event rules.
• Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules.
• Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
• Good knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
