We are currently looking to hire a ORACLE HCM & Payroll - Saudi Localization - Regulatory Compliance and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ORACLE HCM & Payroll Consultant to support a post-implementation assessment focused on Saudi payroll localization, compliance, and system optimization. The role involves reviewing current configurations, identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Duration

3 Months Contract (Start Date: May 1)

Key Responsibilities

ORACLE HCM and Payroll consultant

80% functional and 20% technical

Post Implementation exp is a must.

work location : Dammam and Khobar

Payroll & Compliance
  • Review and validate payroll processes, including General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) contributions.
  • Ensure accurate employee/employer contribution splits and reporting.
  • Assess compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
  • Evaluate gratuity calculations, accruals, and proration rules.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Review financial postings related to EOSB provisions.
Employee Data & Residency Tracking
  • Assess tracking of employee residency (Iqama) and visa expiry dates.
  • Ensure proper alerting and monitoring mechanisms are in place.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ORACLE HCM/Payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proven experience in Saudi payroll localization and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GOSI, EOSB, and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Experience in system assessments, audits, or post-implementation reviews.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
