Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (Reports, Extracts & HDL)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  
• Develop and support HCM Data Loader (HDL) templates for data migration and ongoing data loads.
  
• Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation during data migration and extracts.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation (mapping documents, data flow, solution design).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, extracts, and HDL data loads.
  
• Support end-to-end HCM implementation and post-production enhancements.
  
• Ensure compliance with data security and HR confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
  
• Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
  
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills and experience working with large HR datasets.
  
• Experience in data migration, data conversion, and integration with third-party systems.
  
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and provide technical solutions to functional requirements.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
