Job Description:

Responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle HCM applications by combining technical expertise with HR business process knowledge. Works closely with HR stakeholders to design solutions, develop extensions, and configure system modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance Management, etc.).
  • Develop reports, interfaces, and customizations using Oracle tools.
  • Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
