Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle HRMS functional solutions.
Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, iRecruitment, OTA, and related modules.
Manage end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Perform functional setups, documentation, and testing (SIT, UAT).
Handle Oracle HRMS workflows, Fast Formulas, and personalization.
Support statutory requirements (PF, PT, ESI, Tax configurations, etc. where applicable).
Prepare MD50, BR100, TE40 and other Oracle standard documents.
Provide user training and post-production support.
Work with PL/SQL for reports, data fixes, and customizations.
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW objects.
Develop/test Oracle HRMS Fast Formulas (Payroll, OTL, Benefits).
Support integrations via APIs, Web Services, Interfaces.
