We are currently seeking an Oracle MW Admin (Middleware Administrator) Application Database Administrator-Oracle Enterprise Applications to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Oracle Middleware solutions, ensuring high availability and performance of our integration platforms.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Oracle Middleware components, ensuring proper configuration and smooth operation.
  • Install, configure, and deploy Oracle middleware solutions, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and WebLogic Server.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of middleware applications, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support the implementation and integration of various business applications.
  • Implement security best practices for middleware components, managing user access and permissions.
  • Document middleware configurations, processes, and operational procedures for reference and training.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for all middleware-related applications and services.
  • Stay current with Oracle Middleware updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Middleware administration, with a focus on SOA, Service Bus, or WebLogic.
  • Strong knowledge of middleware architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and integration patterns.
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues related to middleware applications.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL for backend integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Oracle certification in Middleware technologies is advantageous.

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Middleware technologies and their applications.
  • Ability to manage and optimize middleware environments proactively.
  • Experience with automated deployment and monitoring tools.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date with evolving middleware technologies and methodologies.
