Order Booker

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned market/area on a daily basis to book orders from existing and potential retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, distributors, and customers to ensure repeat business.
• Ensure timely order booking and follow-up for smooth delivery of products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Provide accurate market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends.
• Ensure visibility of company products at retail outlets through proper merchandising and display.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports to the sales supervisor/manager.
• Support in collection of payments as per company policy.
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales coverage.
