Ali Traders is looking for motivated and responsible individuals for the positions of Order Booker, DSR (Distributor Sales Representative), and SR (Sales Representative).

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned market and shops on a daily basis
• Book orders and ensure timely submission
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure product availability and proper display
• Coordinate with distributor and warehouse team
• Report market feedback, competitor activities, and stock issues
• Follow assigned routes, discipline, and attendance

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: 22,000
• Daily Allowance: 100 per day (approx. 2,600/month)
• Fuel Allowance: 14,430/month
• Communication Allowance: 500/month
• Maintenance: 1,000/month
• Attendance Allowance: 500/month
• Target Incentive: up to 5,000

Total Gross Salary: Up to 46,030/month

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate
• FMCG experience preferred
• Own bike & valid license preferred
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Target-oriented, punctual, and disciplined
