Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and confident communicator to join our operations team. Your main responsibility will be to contact customers, confirm their orders and address details, and ensure every order is processed accurately. Over time, you’ll also be trained to handle the mid-mile delivery phase — including arranging couriers, tracking parcels, and coordinating with logistics partners to make sure deliveries go smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm order details, delivery addresses, and contact information.
  • Ensure all order data is accurate before dispatch.
  • Maintain communication with customers for order updates or clarifications.
  • Assist in coordinating with courier companies and delivery partners.
  • Help arrange and schedule deliveries for smooth order flow.
  • Support the operations team in tracking parcels and resolving delivery issues.
  • Learn and manage mid-mile delivery processes as part of on-the-job training.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (verbal). English is not mandatory
  • Confident on calls and comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic data entry skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.
  • Candidates familiar with customer service or logistics will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month
