We are seeking a creative and data-driven Organic Content Strategist to manage and grow our brand’s organic presence across social media and digital platforms. This role focuses on organic growth, content planning, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, brand storytelling, and social media trends to drive authentic audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic content strategy aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
  • Manage and grow all official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) through consistent and engaging content.
  • Plan and oversee a content calendar ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality posts across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to create impactful visuals, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor social trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
  • Track organic growth metrics (reach, engagement, followers, impressions) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and aesthetics are consistent across all channels.

Note: This role does not include performance marketing, paid advertising, or media buying.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing organic social media content or community management.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content trends.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and data interpretation for performance tracking.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and strategically.
