About Us

We are looking for an Organic Marketing Head to lead and oversee all non-paid marketing initiatives across our ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor performance of organic campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead and mentor the organic marketing team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Oversee content planning, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to align strategies with brand objectives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Report performance metrics and recommend improvements for consistent growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in organic marketing with proven results.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, community building, and analytics.
• Experience in managing organic growth across multiple brands/ventures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
