Work You'll Do
As a Project DeliveryAnalyst on the project, you will:

Be responsible for supporting a successful adoption of the new MS SUCCESS Integrated Eligibility system.
- Be familiar with OCM processes, be able to comprehend organizational models, and have experience with executing change management strategies.
- This individual will partner with Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) stakeholders to assess current and future state needs, identify change impacts, develop tailored communications, and support project readiness efforts.
- The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in aligning business processes, building change champion networks, and fostering engagement to achieve project objectives and minimize disruption.
