Organization Change Management Analyst

Work You'll Do

As a Project DeliveryAnalyst on the project, you will:

• Be responsible for supporting a successful adoption of the new MS SUCCESS Integrated Eligibility system.
• Be familiar with OCM processes, be able to comprehend organizational models, and have experience with executing change management strategies.
• This individual will partner with Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) stakeholders to assess current and future state needs, identify change impacts, develop tailored communications, and support project readiness efforts.
• The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in aligning business processes, building change champion networks, and fostering engagement to achieve project objectives and minimize disruption.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Adult Learning Methodology: Foundation, Data Analysis: Intermediate
• Survey Development and Administration: Foundation
• Communications, Training, and Awareness: Intermediate
• Change Management: Intermediate
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to be at client location 4-5 days/week
