We are looking for a " Organizational Development Executive " for our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics; Engineering etc.
• Experienced in HR management at least 7 years,
• Preferably experienced in SAP HR,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs,
• Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded,
• Project management skills,
• Fluency in English,
• Willing to implement new practises and highly motivated to researches,
• Experienced in project management and process development.

Job Description

• Developing and Implementing HR transformation projects,
• Following the global best practices and to ensure the processes within the scope of responsibility are implemented with an innovative perspective,
• Supporting digital transformation projects within the scope of Organizational Development processes,
• Supporting Performance Management Process in digital transformation and design processes and ensuring of execution in the most effective way,
• Analyzing the results of the Employee Engagement Survey, preparing remedial action plans,
• Maintaining project, change, and stakeholder management for Diversity and Inclusion strategies and programs. To support processes for establishing inclusive networks and improving the balance of Gender Equality, role in HR processes of Sustainability,
• Following and improving the execution of Talent Management and succession projects processes.
