We are searching for a passionate ‘Organizational Development Executive/Senior Executive’ who is eager to contribute to our business.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • Good command of MS Office programs
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Results oriented, multi-tasking
  • Strong interpersonal, team communication, and coordination skills


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensuring that HR policies and practices implemented in accordance with the HR strategy
  • Supporting the organizational change management process along with digital transformation
  • Contributing to the inspiring organizational development agenda by creating and implement programs that connect employees with company purpose and goals
  • Developing best practices in the area of responsibility to improve organisational performance and effectiveness as well as support organisational growth
  • Transforming all Follow-up data (Exit interview, Enagagement survey) into an action plan.
  • Designing and Implementing HR Analytics Develop and implement human resources management strategies and policies.
  • Lead and oversee organizational development projects.
  • Analyze human resources data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and manage recruitment costs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create strategies for employee development and training.
  • Manage performance evaluations and feedback processes.
