Organizational Development Specialist

City Glass, a leading manufacturer of Tableware products, is seeking to hire "Organizational Development Specialist" to join the HR team:

Job Purpose:

Support the OD team in designing and executing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of OD programs and interventions.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Maintain OD data and assist in reporting and analytics.
• Help develop job descriptions, competency models, and career paths.
• Coordinate with different departments to support change management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in OD or HR-related functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic HR projects.
