HR Generalist

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR coordinator to join our team, if you are hard-working, hands-on, fast learner and eager for a new experience, we would like to meet you! Our HR team is responsible for the correct implementation of the HR policies defined at the Company, in terms of labor relations, personnel management, and administration. This team supports the organization and all of its employees and it plays an important role in daily work.

Join us as an HR Specialist!
Your main responsibilities would be:

• Attend to employee inquiries (for some areas of work)
  
• Process and control Leave of Absence requests or incidents (sick leave, absenteeism, holidays)
  
• Tracking and updating platform that is used
  
• Engaging in the process of hiring new employees in line with the established procedure
  
• Providing training in the domain of basic administration for other internal teams
  
• Participation in preparation of required declarations, reports, statements for the needs of external institutions or internally
  
• Process social security registrations and deregistrations

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant/similar field
  
• Previous experience in HR or similar areas is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of English language (B1 or B2)
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office
  
• Ability to work from our office in Cairo
  
• Adaptable and flexible person
  
• Someone who is detail-oriented and ready to work with given deadlines
  
• Highly developed patience and communication skills
