Now is an exciting time to join our Talent Management team as an OD Specialist! The organization recently rolled out new core values and the team is revamping current programs or creating new programs to support business goals and objectives. Responsibilities


Reporting to the Sr Director Talent Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develops, manages, and implements performance management philosophy, training and systems to improve employee goal setting and performance.
  • Creates and facilitates leadership webinars and leadership development based on identified leadership skills and organizational needs.
  • Manages new hire onboarding process, including facilitation of new hire orientation session.
  • Develops strategic and purposeful surveys including engagement, onboarding, exit and pulse surveys and analyzes and communicates results and action planning.
  • Facilitates and creates change management initiatives and materials to support organizational transformation.
  • Participates in talent identification, succession planning, and action planning for key positions and internal talent.
  • Facilitates team building and conflict resolution to improve team dynamics and collaboration.
  • Participates in other talent management projects and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, training, or human resources is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management or related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Organizational Leadership or related field preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Certification in personality assessments, change management methodologies, and/or organizational development is preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and presenting information to all levels in an organization, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate trends, themes, and development suggestions or action plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some travel may be required, not to exceed 20%.

Salary


Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,244 – $138,299
