Organizational Development Specialist

Job Purpose

To support the design, development, and implementation of organization development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, structure optimization, workforce planning, policies, performance management, and operational efficiency across the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support organizational design activities including organization structures, manpower planning, and job evaluation.
  • Develop, review, and update organization charts in alignment with business and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) for all functions and positions.
  • Participate in workforce planning and headcount budgeting exercises.
  • Coordinate with business units to analyze operational needs and recommend organizational improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing OD policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct job analysis, role clarification, and position grading activities.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of organizational structures with company governance standards.
  • Generate OD reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with HRIS and Digital Transformation teams regarding organizational and workflow changes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of organization-related records and approvals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of organization design, manpower planning, and performance management.
  • Experience in handling organization charts and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP/HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
