Orthopedic Hip/Joint APP with Banner University Medical Group - Tucson, AZ

Banner University Medical Center Tucson (BUMCT) is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to assist in providing Orthopedic (total joint) patient care. This provider will work closely with a collaborative team, managing patients in our growing Orthopedic Medicine division. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Orthopedics and be dedicated to providing excellent patient care in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.

Services will be provided at BUMCT-Main and BUMCT South Campus hospitals and clinics.

Details and Qualifications:

APP will work 1:1 with a dedicated joint surgeon
Team consists of 4 Surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
Highly energetic, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to function effectively in a collaborative care model
Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Arizona license
Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
Current CPR and BLS certification
Experience in a surgical specialty is preferred
New graduates will be considered

Work Schedule: Full Time | M-F | Daytime Shift | No Call, No Weekends!
