About the Role

We are looking for a skilled OSS/BSS Application Support Engineer to support critical telecom systems involved in service provisioning, activation, and assurance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving incidents, and supporting integrations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for OSS/BSS applications used in provisioning, activation, and service assurance
Troubleshoot application issues, data inconsistencies, integration failures, and workflow disruptions
Monitor system health, alerts, and performance; escalate incidents when required
Support integrations and data flows between OSS/BSS platforms, third-party systems, and internal tools
Collaborate with NOC, Field Operations, Customer Operations, and Engineering teams
Perform basic SQL queries for validation, troubleshooting, and reportin Maintain and update SOPs, operational documentation, and troubleshooting guides
Assist with system changes, minor enhancements, and release validations

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in OSS/BSS application support or telecom systems
Strong understanding of telecom workflows (Provisioning, Activation, Service Assurance)
Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and data flows
Working knowledge of SQL for operational support
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness to learn Salesforce Administration and provide operational backup support

Preferred Skills

Experience with OSS/BSS platforms such as Vetro FiberMap, GoCare, Data Axel, or similar
Background in Telecom, Fiber ISP, Broadband, or Network Operations
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Basic scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
