OT Incharge

• Responsible for the entire functioning of the operation theatre.
• Delegation of duties to the staff.
• Ensure that the Operation Theatre is prepared for operations at all times.
• To maintain a high standard of sterilitical control in the operation theatre.
• To give bookings to the Doctors, according to their timings.
• Keeping all the records of the Operation Theatre up to date.
• To train the staff by arranging training classes for the staff.
• Supervising the functioning of the Operation Theatre store.
• To maintain C.S.S.D. functioning.
• Supervising the functioning of the minor Operation Theatre.
• Responsible for leave sanctioning, overtime adjustment etc.
• Instruction and training of nursing students.
• Updating Duty Roaster

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
