Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced OT Incharge to manage and supervise the operation theatre activities at our healthcare facility in Vasai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of all OT operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Operation Theatre.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage OT staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams for seamless surgical operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, stock management, and record-keeping.
• Conduct regular training and audits to maintain quality standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Operation Theatre, with at least 1 year as OT Incharge or Senior OT Nurse.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of OT equipment and aseptic techniques.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
