Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Call Center Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the call center industry and a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation. Experience working on SEO or Digital Marketing campaigns is a strong plus. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, presenting digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or cold leads.

-Effectively communicate the value of our SEO and Digital Marketing services to prospective clients.

-Qualify leads based on campaign-specific criteria and transfer or schedule follow-ups with the sales team.

-Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

-Accurately maintain records of interactions and lead statuses in CRM or tracking systems.

-Handle objections professionally and remain focused on target achievement.

-Continuously update knowledge of campaign goals, product offerings, and scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center (outbound calling is a must).

-Strong verbal communication skills in English with a confident and persuasive tone.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

-Familiarity with cold calling, lead generation, or tele-sales processes.

-Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems or call software.

Preferred: Prior experience in selling or promoting SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing services.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
