Job Description
We are urgently seeking Outbound Call Center Executives with call center or telesales experience for our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Convert leads into confirmed enrollments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of sales experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Fluent in English and Urdu
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree
