We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Center Representative & Social Media Handling for an Australian Based Company Project having an established business for around 9 years.
Timings: 6am to 3pm (PST)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Contact potential customers from lead lists.
- Explain offering services, promotions, and terms clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales or engagement targets.
Social Media Handling:
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Post and schedule engaging content based on marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics.
- Escalate complaints or sensitive issues to management appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives and promotions.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and basic content handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone presence.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Meta Business Suite, and WhatsApp Business (preferred).
