Outbound Calling-International Sales (Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Calling -International Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the confidence to engage prospects, negotiate effectively, and close deals professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for US-based digital marketing campaigns
• Contact and engage international prospects in a professional manner
• Present company services effectively and build customer interest
• Negotiate, convince, and close sales opportunities confidently
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or international call center campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates will be preferred
• Previous experience in an International Call Center or Cold Calling campaign is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days:

Monday to Friday
