We are looking for a motivated Outbound Campaign Executive to join our team. As an Outbound Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential US-based clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your focus will be on PPC, Google Ads, and other digital advertising services.

  • Make outbound calls or emails to prospective clients based on provided leads or lists.
  • Present and explain company products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and campaign strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client concerns, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound campaigns, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Ability to convince and negotiate effectively over calls or emails.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, especially if serving international clients.
