Outbound Sales Executive

India

Sales and promotion: Present products or services, communicate their value, and persuade potential customers to purchase.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales pipeline management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM system, manage follow-ups, and schedule appointments.

Meeting targets: Work to meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills and qualifications

Communication: Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills are crucial for engaging with prospects.

Sales knowledge: Experience with outbound sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.

Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, handle a high volume of calls, and maintain detailed records.

CRM proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Mindset: Results-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
