Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into clients. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle objections professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outbound sales.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms.
• Experience working in high-volume call environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
