Sales Representative - Outbound Calls

Forge Global is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with at least half a year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is confident and skilled in lead generation and cold calling techniques. This role focuses on driving sales growth. The Sales Representative actively engages prospective customers via phone to generate leads and forward sales opportunities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly understand customer needs. The representative collaborates with internal teams to achieve company sales targets.

Requirements:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using various lead generation techniques.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Report sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
