Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses in the US market, qualifying potential clients, and booking appointments for the sales closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to businesses in the United States
• Speak with receptionists and decision-makers to introduce our services
• Identify and qualify potential leads
• Schedule appointments for the senior sales closer
• Clearly communicate the company’s services and value proposition
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive conversation
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead information in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent
• Ability to confidently speak with international clients
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales process
• Comfortable working in night shift aligned with US business hours

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
