About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales & Team Lead to join our growing team at Staffingly. The ideal candidate will have strong outbound calling and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a small team of agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound sales calls to prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
  • Train, guide, and supervise outbound call specialists to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily call activities and ensure team members meet KPIs.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase conversion rates and team efficiency.
  • Prepare and share daily or weekly sales performance reports with management.
  • Maintain a positive team environment focused on growth and results.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing or supervising a sales/call team.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work night shifts (aligned with US time zone).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
