Regional Sales Manager

Pakistan

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the automotive sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base, including B2B and retail channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure the team delivers outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, dealerships, and fleet buyers.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, inventory levels, and negotiation of contracts and sales terms.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive industry products, sales processes, and market dynamics.
