ABS International is not a BPO. We do not work for clients. We are a Direct US Principal — we own our US operations end-to-end, which means no account shutdowns, no campaign endings, and no salary surprises. The team that joins us in March will still be running the same US accounts in 2027, because we have been running them since 2012.

We have two seats open for Outbound Sales Representatives. You will be making outbound calls to US business decision-makers, working your leads through the full sales cycle, and closing deals. High-quality leads are provided. Your job is conversion.

What You Will Earn

PKR 50,000 – 55,000 guaranteed base, paid on the same date every month. Commission is tied directly to your close rate with no cap. Consistent performers on our current team bring home PKR 110,000 – 130,000 per month total. In your first 60 days, weekly performance incentives are in place while you build your pipeline.

What You Will Need

At least 6 months of experience making outbound calls, working in a call center, or handling US-facing customer interactions. Clear, professional English that you are comfortable using on live calls with American business owners. Night shift availability from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

If you have the English, the work ethic, and the availability — the experience requirement is flexible. We train for technique. We cannot train for drive.
