You have made outbound calls before. You know what it feels like when a conversation goes well and when it does not. You can tell within 30 seconds whether a prospect is worth pursuing. That instinct — built from real calling experience — is what this role requires.

ABS International owns its US operations directly. No BPO structure. No client accounts that disappear. The same campaigns have run from Karachi since 2012 without interruption. Two seats open for March. The people filling them will be working the same accounts in 2027.
The work
Outbound calls to US business owners — decision-makers, not gatekeepers. Leads provided. You run the full conversation: open, qualify, handle objections, close. Conversion rate is the only number that matters here. Not dial count. Not talk time.
What you need
Six months minimum of outbound sales, US-facing customer service, or international call center experience — real calls, real targets, real accountability. English that holds up naturally on a live call with an American business owner late at night. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.
Under six months total experience — this role is not the right fit right now.
What you earn
PKR 50,000–55,000 guaranteed base, same date every month. ABS has not missed a payroll since 2012. Commission tied directly to your close rate — our current team members are earning PKR 110,000–130,000 per month total. Weekly performance incentives in your first 60 days while your pipeline builds. Annual increment.
