Job Description

• Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Insurance products
• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding services and policies
• Record customer interactions and feedback accurately
• Meet assigned quality and performance standards

Job Specifications

• Minimum Intermediate - Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Relevant Sales / Telemarketing / Customer Service Experience (preferably from financial or insurance industry
• Full-time on-site role
• 6 Days/Week, with fixed Morning Shift
