Cold Caller- Remotely

What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Calls (Primary Focus): Make ~200 cold calls per day using our power dialer.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Send personalized connection requests and messages, and engage with target prospects.
  • Follow Sequences: Execute daily outreach tasks as assigned through Close CRM.
  • Qualify Prospects: Ask discovery questions to confirm fit and interest.
  • Book Meetings: Set appointments for our closer, ensuring prospects are warmed and ready to attend the call.
  • CRM Management: Log activity, update pipeline stages, and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaboration: Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and share market insights with the team.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling (200+ calls/day).
  • Strong written communication skills for LinkedIn outreach.
  • Fluent in verbal English communication is a must, with a Neutral or American or British accent.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and dialer tools
  • Positive, coachable, and resilient - you don’t get discouraged easily.
