EZ Health is hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist to help seniors enroll in programs that make navigating the healthcare system easier.

This role is built for someone who is hungry, competitive, and wants to make real money while getting much better at sales. You’ll spend your day on the phone with warm leads, building trust quickly, handling objections, and driving enrollments.

It’s also a great role for someone who wants to learn fast in a startup. You’ll work closely with the founders, get direct coaching, and see how a high-growth company operates from the inside. What you’ll do

Make a high volume of outbound calls, speak with seniors who have already shown interest, explain the program clearly, and guide qualified leads through enrollment. You’ll follow a proven script, track your activity, and stay highly consistent on the phone.

What we’re looking for

We want someone with strong sales ability, high energy, and the discipline to spend much of the day dialing. You should be coachable, resilient, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by both learning and earning. Prior phone sales experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Base pay is $45,000 per year. On-target earnings are $85,000, with uncapped commission and top performers earning $110,000+. We also offer health insurance.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
