Outdoor Sales

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The role involves direct engagement with customers, dealerships, and fleet buyers outside the showroom, promoting and selling vehicles or automotive products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and visit prospective customers in the assigned territory.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Represent the company at trade shows, road shows, or promotional events.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, business fleets, and dealerships.
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and upselling opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new selling opportunities.
• Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Product Expertise:
• Maintain deep knowledge of current automotive models, specifications, features, and pricing.
• Advise customers on financing, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Coordinate with the delivery and service departments for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Technology is a plus).
• Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor or B2C/B2B automotive sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and self-motivation.
• Arabic speaker is encouraged
